Sure, it can even with the same Smart Contract as Ethereum using Counterparty.

It's just not done like that, or show me Bitcoin's Crowdfunding calendar, let me show you the hundreds there are for Ethereum...

Not to mention, both are doomed with very high fees.

I own both, but there are many improvements to go :)

Litecoin actually did last night, more volume than Bitcoin, the fees were almost nothing! I actually did send an LTC transaction last night, so much fun not to be stupid and take advantage of this revolution instead of just sitting around like a troll calling it a bubble :D

Try Steem (almost Steam lol), it's meant to do that https://steemit.com their site is a social network where people get pay on Steem that isn't trying to phish for your personal data.

I can’t answer that question, it does implement server and client and the demo does try to download the whole blockchain on your browser (I’m not sure who has the bandwith to play with that demo)

It’s tho in production use and many people like the project cause it’s a full node implementation.

Ethereum hashing algorithm is optimized to be ASIC resistant, in other words you can mine it with GPU and CPU, a more accessible kind of hardware (in fact home hardware).

That's not an inefficiency, it's if anything more efficient with GPU.

The transaction problem applies to both, regardless of the mining algorithm.

The fact that I don't remember my mom ever buying us toys (dad was absent) I can say that it does make you creative.

I remember getting a few broken GI Joe from my cousin, with those, I used a screwdriver to pick up the good parts of them, and make good toys with weird arms and legs. These were supposed to be garbage but as usually having less stuff makes you more creative and I ended up with a few toys that nobody else had!

Tezos itself is written in OCaml: https://github.com/tezos/tezos So what you say is exactly what they did but to their chain not EVM.

And Ethereum did a crowdsale. On Counterparty and Ommi. It’s literally in the first paragraph of their Wikipedia article:

That's why Altcoins moved out of SHA-256 since Doge and Namecoin days.

Find a coin in the top 100 that's not a Bitcoin fork and uses SHA256.
