But AI is only able to get you through those already easy first 90-99%. The hard and most time-consuming part of getting to 100% is still there, and AI does not help or make us more productive achieving that, in my opinion.

Every person after taking just one 101 statistics course tells everyone "correlation doesn't equal causation". But here, in the abstract is clear:

Not every rich person got an iPhone. The rich people without an iPhone did not had equal amount of less kids. There are two groups, one has an iPhone, the other has not. The assumption is that two groups are big enough to have equal amount of people from any other group that can explain the decline in fertility, i.e. equal amount of rich/poor, educated, etc. They can control for this because they know which people had access to the iphone based on the AT&T network coverage.

Also, what's the point of "storing our future" if it is so difficult to read and decode? How would one even know where to look for the data if it's get lost. So besides doing it for fun I don't see the point of this and how it can be ever scaled to be in everyday use.

One can buy and sell multiple options at the same time such that the trade overall makes money if the price stays within a range or (with a different set of option trades) makes money if the price goes outside a range, regardless if it is up or down. Search for straddle and strangle options. Option trading for Bitcoin and all major crypto currencies is possible and it is where the majority of trading happens.

It says caloric restriction without malnutrition. Eating 15% less carb and fat calories won't make you loose any more muscle mass than you would have otherwise.

But I am wondering my self too, what's the effect when you combine CR with exercise. 15% out of 2000 calories is 300 cal or about 30 mins jogging. So instead of eating less, will the effect be similar if I spend 300 cal more everyday through exercise?
