I assume you mean htmx. It doesn't have to be either/or. You can supplement htmx with Javascript.

The core idea with htmx is that you transfer hypertext with controls and structure built in, not just a JSON blob that requires additional context to be useful.

I have just shipped a very useful and interactive app surprisingly quickly for my customer using just htmx with a little Javascript.

I figured there is a need for generating a lot of samples and building a predictive model per game for best results. Documentation confirms:

Just for balance, I went there, and it was pretty disappointing. I do love math and engineering, but it was very gimmicky, especially the panels. I tried striking up a few conversations, but people were really awkward and ran away. Also, generally as an event it was frustrating in many ways (for example, mobile internet is mostly down, and the agenda is not printed anywhere). But who wants to hear me complain.

That would require a 1000Hz screen to even be able to output. 144Hz is the high-end today. It seems to be pointless to push beyond that.

We have landfills that eventually catch fire from all the compostable organic material, and then poison our air. Don't forget the potential leakage into groundwater.

I don't understand, why trash incineration is not a thing in the US. How many years has the landfill fire next to Los Angeles been burning now?

Not sure, why they are displaying awful chromatic aberrations on their front page under the title "Advanced optics". That's not something to be proud of. If that was a result from a real camera lens, it would be a joke of a lens. Maybe fun for artistic purposes.

I understand this might be a view through some microscope maybe, but there is barely any magnification.

What is this image supposed to be?

This is a personal weekend project. The goal is to enable all people to have a whole band supporting their singing, no matter what their music education level is. You just press record and the music adapts to your song.

Make sure you give the microphone permissions, if you want to try it out!

Of course, for someone, who already knows music theory and has Ableton installed, this would be a 5 minute task. But there are millions of people, who want to be heard, but cannot play, or compose music.

Obvious features for the future:

  - more chord progressions,
  - more instruments (pianos, drums, etc.)
  - more composition options for verse, etc.
