There is a net benefit. Your heart gets stronger and spends less effort for pumping out the blood.

Your resting HR becomes lower and blood has more oxygen. And this happens 24/7. Assuming you’re running 5K 2 times in a week.

I am curious why it’s called DAW. There are no screenshots so hard to say anything

Does it support VST, AU? Any support for midi? Which OS’s supported?

Is this just a multi tracker recorder that has a git style storage?

For me OpenAI is the worst of all. Claude code and Gemini deep research is much much more better in terms of quality while ChatGPT hallucinating and saying “sorry you’re right”.

Gitea is almost fully compatible with the GitHub runners. You might need to do small changes in the workflows.
