I recently worked on a project where I created an elixir endpoint that handles websocket connections and did all the coordination manually with OTP. I'd like something like Phoenix that would give me an easy way to handle websockets without necessarily needing the phoenic ui stack. Is the underlying websockef functionality available as a seperate module or minimal Phoenix powered server

Even more than the shoetification is the infantalisation of teaching online, especially in the software field. Lessons and presentations peppered with cutesy art or memes or images completely unrelated to the presentation adide from silly jokes or attempts to add a warm childlike veneer to what the adult presenter is presenting. Its causes my attention to be split and wondering who the lesson was even made for

Dems almost exclusively Lord over academia as something so valuable that the people that do jobs that keep the lights on, water running, and the floors steady are tired of hearing how much knowledge they lack. They say this in the same breath as they accuse republicans of keeping the sacred university knowledge from trades workers
