A friend works in construction and they have details of how much materials each part of a construction needs. Most of it comes directly from the (not sure the name) SW they use to calculate the structure/ draw the plans.

just thinking, I've talked with a mechanic but he told me that now when they connect the car to a computer they almost always find anything wrong with a car, that and the experience they have they almost always know what's wrong.

I think sound + location could be really interesting, because you can filter parts of the car that could be making noises that are similar knowing where the mic is.

Probably because it makes sense to be building AI related stuff, so no one is working on that.

They even used to have an option to get notifications when new images for an area became available.

The latest update (that i made, i only update when asked) to the app doesn't allow to disable the suggestions anymore, before if you tapped twice everything except the map and your location disappeared.

I think reporting mileage would be one of the only usages for data collection that is ok with me.

In some countries there's a SCAM in which the owner or agency lowers the mileage of the car and sell it for much more because of the lower mileage.

With MP you need an official ID, but there are some crypto apps that have pix and allow to register with a passport.

You don't need a brazilian tax ID to use PIX, I've used it from MercadoPago from another country and there are a lot of options to use it besides MP.

Go explore your nearest rock formation. It doesn't have to be tall, in my experience the opposite is true. You have to chose the right time to get the tree out, soil moist level and the status of the tree itself are the top priorities, the latter depends on the season and the tree type.

It really depends on how the owners of the site configure it.

For example, I live una border and sometimes my phone connectsnto the other country's mobile network, when that happens the national weather service becomes unusable for me.

I have a columbia backpack i bought like 20 years ago that doesnt have a ykk zipper but it's still in perfect condition, i've abused it a lot and the only thing broken is a rubber thingy it has for the headphones cable to go through.

There's also a business incentive for code produced by LLM companies to be hard to maintain. So you keep needing them in the future.
