<p>Unless you recruit mainly via this new job board I can hardly see why employers would go for it, it would just show a very small percentage because you fill most openings via LinkedIn or whatever, damaging the company branding.</p>

<p>But you can't just hire one, you have to hire functional consultants (who tell you your flow is wrong and you have to adjust that to how SAP does things) and then implementation consultants who don't know how the process works, but can actually implement that integration. And then again after the next release because the integration broke.</p>
