I tried it the very first day it was available to Google employees, and it was not usable.

Then a few weeks back, I gave it another try and I was pleasantly surprised.

It was insanely good!

A colleague and I have been on-and-off trying to build a C++ binary against specific Google libraries for months without success. Then, Gemini CLI was able to build the binary after 2-3 days iterating and refining prompts

It made me realize there are ways for capitalism to be “ethical”, that not all banks are trying to make a profit at all costs and that there are investors that track and optimize for other metrics besides monetary returns, e. g., community impact.

With GraalVM it is possible to build native binaries, so no need for JVM to run programs written in Java

Not broken according to the response to that paper:

the conclusions drawn by this paper with regard to CryptDB's guarantees for medical applications are incorrect: had the guidelines been followed, none of the claimed attacks would have been possible. [1]
