You might not know, but many, many houses in AZ do have dug pools in their back yards. Fly over in an airplane sometime. More water access than I had growing up in the PNW when it wasn’t raining.

Hand crank grinder and pour over or French press has never done me wrong.

Also, black. Dairy and/or sugar change the chemistry substantially in my opinion. It’s a completely different taste profile on its own.

I don’t manage temperature or quantity of beans but that could potentially change it further.

I did add the qualifier "...with no value added to justify it."

I am still learning about MarkMonitor but I wouldn't rule them out based on price alone.
