The shift from "sovereignty as self-sufficiency" to "leverage as being indispensable" is spot-on. The scenario of Europe owning just 5% of global compute while US labs hold 80% is the starkest warning. How do we build genuine leverage when our entire regulatory instinct pushes us towards isolation? I myself working on disability/Senior care startup. The kindof guardrails have to deal with is crazy.

You are right everything coding part to marketing thing. Employers are only keeping one person for one job and doing lay off to other members. Same happen in my team due to AI
