I FOIA'ed >1M pages of docs for my project cleartap.com, a DB of water quality of the USA.
Most states would charge a small amount to gather the documents.
Michigan wanted $50K to for the FOIA request. I think because of the Flint lead crisis. They wanted me to go away.

Most water suppliers in the USA still don't test for PFAS on a regular schedule. Only the more progressive states (like ME) require testing from their suppliers.
I maintain a DB of drinking water contaminants in the US[1]. You can look up your city's system to see if they test for PFAS.
[1]: https://www.cleartap.com

At the end of the year, the EU will require importers of certain commodities (coffee, cocoa, cattle, palm oil, etc) to have evidence the commodity was not grown on deforested land. It's called the EUDR[1], and I don't think a lot of importers are ready for it.
The crux of the issue is each importer requires verifiable satellite evidence. I could see suppliers using this site to generate their compliance statements!
[1]. https://environment.ec.europa.eu/topics/forests/deforestatio...

Insomnia is something I've dealt with for most of my adult life. I followed everything you were supposed to do, got blackout curtains, no coffee, no alcohol, exercised, but still had issues. This article below helped me realize the insomnia is actually a form of performance anxiety. Sitting in bed tossing and turning, mind racing wishing you were asleep is the problem. You have to train yourself that you can sleep and to not fear it, gain the confidence that you can fall asleep.
https://ilya.sukhar.com/blog/an-algorithmic-solution-to-inso...
