These people are the enemy, they are smart and resourceful and they have managed to do the unthinkable - convince 2 of the most pro-free-speech nations in the history of the world to start censoring the internet. The idea that I would ever need a VPN to view adult content in the UK would have been laughable 5 years ago and now it's a fact that puts us in the same basket as literal authoritarian hell holes.

I don't think royalties or settlements are really the point here. AI must be a net benefit to humanity, or we burn everything to the ground, it's that simple.

The next few decades of AI need to lift everyone up, it needs to eliminate the most degrading and dangerous jobs while providing abundance. There is simply no point to robots if they don't serve us and make everything cheaper and more accessible to us.

We are watching Wall Street. The Devon's and Luigi's of the world are not interested in your settlement figure or what this means to shareholders. I'm not anti-AI, I am not scared of AI going rogue, I simply recognise that these people cannot be trusted, they do not care about your rules, there is no "regulating" it, the only thing that can scare them is a million people holding pitchforks outside their building.

If China can offer close to state of the art for a fraction of the price then I'm going to use it - thats what the globalists wanted isn't it? They didn't care about saving local manufacturing so why should I care about saving their stupid investments.

Everyone knows that digital restaurant experiences are crap and most people do not pick a restaurant based on the digital experience.

All restaurants use the same few white label solutions and the decision is based on cost. White labels rarely break new ground because despite having many clients to experiment / gather data on, they just can't get good being everything for everyone.

This of course doesn't count giants like McDonalds who have the incentive and position to be defined by that digital experience.

I also don't think Trump is a Russian agent. The entire US government is run by AIPAC and a cabal of people like Epstein. Anyone who is at the top of the ladder (educated, wealthy) will move wherever is most desirable, and thats pretty much only the US. You can't fake it with incentives, America doesn't have to offer immigrants anything it simply exists as the global centre for tech, finance, medical etc. - nobody is lining up to move to China, India or Germany.

Anyone who is at the bottom of the ladder is, as Bernie Sanders put it, a pawn in the Koch brothers conspiracy to reduce wages. These countries don't care about quality they just want to jack up housing demand and bottom out wages because thats great for the asset class and big business (until they automate and ditch all these people)

The immigration narrative is BS. The idea that we're aging out so must desperately bring in more UberEats riders is nuts. Nobody in my country can afford to be a nurse - I know an eye doctor at a major London clinic who is leaving this country because after 20 years working for the NHS she simply is not paid enough to live.

We're absolutely obsessed with immigration and all we are doing is lining the pockets of corporates, brain-draining countries that desperately need skilled people and blurring the lines of social responsibility in a globalist economy.
