Valon’s mission is to champion homeowners as the partner they trust with their home and future. Our ultimate goal is to guide homeowners through every step of their financial journey, no matter what life puts on their path. Mortgage servicing is a a-cyclical business and gets paid a recurring revenue based on mortgage loans outstanding (which doesn't really change even when mortgage originations slow). Our revenue grew to $30 million in 2023 as we 5x'd our loan count.

He worked his arse off for years and had a huge following before this album launched. This was his biggest song before The Heist was released: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nWhx-CtPmBU (story about addiction and his struggle to overcome it). When The Heist launched he emailed/tweeted/blogged his fans and got enough of a response to hit #1 on iTunes in <24 hrs. I saw him perform about 3 years ago in Bellingham, Washington so this overnight success story involved a lot of hard work to accomplish.

Sure but if they lost the case doesn't that suggest those patents are worthless? If they can't be enforced they aren't effective patents.

Every patent (or group if necessary) is owned by a separate legal entity, so most at risk is the patent(s) involved in the lawsuit.

How would this actually work? Unless a bond has to be posted the troll would just make sure the trolling entity (almost always a separate company shielding liability from true owner) has zero assets to pay the legal bills. Or did I misunderstand something?

The two problems we see with getting all the photos your friends took with you are 1) you have to remember to share and whom you want to share with and 2) its a pain to share them all with just a couple people (and have their photos added as well). We think all that work is what prevents us from getting all the photos our friends took with us.

With shared photo albums on iOS6 it will be really easy to share a set of photos on your phone. It will not remind you to share and it will not consolidate everyone's photos into a single album.

With Flock you just use any camera app as you normally would and when you leave the event Flock gives you a 1-touch page (not automatic, users still have control) of what to share and with whom.
