<p>I use Yahoo Mail and pay $20, so I can create temporary email addresses. I know there are other free temp email services, but I like to have it one place, makes it easier to search as well.</p>

<p>Why not charge a toll depending on traffic ? As the traffic increases, the toll increases (and vice versa), which will keep the lane fast moving. Not my idea, someone has already implemented this.</p>
