Not sure, but Sinking Star it is an (authorized) amalgamation of pre-existing sokoban games so there's some relation there.

There is also Toaq, a similar predicate logic based language. Instead of many particles to modify meaning, it uses a system of 8 tones.

I don’t know what story the poster was referring to, but the use of Roman numerals for centuries is the standard in Spanish and I assume in Portuguese too. If the poster is Brazilian, then his use of Roman numerals is of no surprise.

If I remember correctly, the DS game Bangai-O Spirits used sounds to share player-made levels between consoles.
