GCP locked out entire org Acct for one company, granted this was 90min into a mining pool ramping up, but everything is offline (Pre-launch, but still a 48H later filing the latest appeal so we can patch for it)

Then I get a GCP notice to my other job about React2Shell, but haven't seen anything much public come of it yet.

Lastly I want to call out Google Cloud for providing no WEB access to LOGS post-lockout, but somehow it makes the mobile feature-set so now I have to scroll back hundreds upon hundreds of pages of aggregate logs of this slow-burn autoscaling cluster&@#$ on my freshly-cracked phone to figure out what even went wrong in the first place. so thanks for that.

Great suggestion, MIT also has a deep-dive into Additive Manufacturing, which are all different miniature factories. https://learn-xpro.mit.edu/additive-manufacturing. 3D printing really helped me make the leap from virtual --> physical products.

Small company - but we've have been building tools for Guitarists, centered around our LED display system. https://www.fretzealot.com

Personally in charge of hardware, firmware, and too many of the things behind the scenes. About to crowdfund our V2 with hugely improved hardware and LEDs.

Covid was fun with MCU shortages and years lead time, so now that we've survived that things are looking brighter.

Some people like it just for the light shows, but we get lots of great feedback across the board.

Been rewarding to build a tool that I actually get to use and benefit from on more-or-less a daily basis.

Hey I'm also running a GS65 (First Ubuntu - now PopOs), the Wifi is frustrating, but I found double-tapping (2x [FN+F10]) in quick succession would bring the radios back up.

Have you ever gotten the native HDMI port to work in linux?

A small suggestion to Kickstarter

Hi,

Just had a thought, that Kickstarter would be a lot more useful if instead of just promoting the campaign and driving potential backers for individual product sales, KS would be able to make introductions to relevant industry partners, based on either past-funded projects, or a YC-like format where you can have a mentor advise a project.

This would not be a significant undertaking for Kickstarter and would only mean having a few extra people on staff who know the product success stories, and being able to send a few emails on behalf of the creators to establish connections in the relevant industry.

Just a thought, but one that would be immensely helpful. We’re a 3-time creator, and after learning the potential markets of our product (through KS), we were left to do all of the further discovery, and connection-building ourselves which is exhausting for company resources and detracts from building the best possible product. I can imagine it’s a common theme for many creators who deliver a good, physical or otherwise.
