Hi, I'm a Privacy PM who has worked at Fortune 5 companies for most of my career. One of the gaps I always faced was a quick way to look up in-effect privacy laws and their various nuances jurisdiction by jurisdiction. So with some help from attorney and engineer friends/colleagues, and Claude Code, I put this resource together.
This resource is free and will remain that way.
Please peruse the About page to see what this resource is all... about, but I hope the UI/UX is straightforward and useful for you and other privacy professionals without much explanation. Feedback is welcome on this HN post, and soon there will be a feedback form on the site. There's a roadmap for more, but please meet the 1.0 version of Privacy Meridian.
Hope this helps and thanks for your time!

From a Rolling Stone article:
"K.G.M.’s lawsuit was selected as a so-called bellwether case and is proceeding first among more than a thousand personal-injury complaints under a coordinated, court-managed process meant to eliminate the risk of inconsistent rulings at subsequent trials."

I agree and OP's question is confusing me. Our family lives on the PBS KIDS Video app, and the PBS KIDS Games and PBS Play and Learn Science are top notch. For anyone looking for another super immersive and layered kids experience check out the Crayola Create and Play app, which might only be available with an Apple Arcade subscription (not sure if it's exclusive to that platform); especially fun with an Apple Pencil.

The article only makes a quick mention of one case of data insecurity, but I feel like it's the real driver for this change. There have been several data loss incidents just this year, and data storage and portability like the fax machine in Japan are anachronistic reminders that data privacy and security only move forward after damage is done.
https://www.barrons.com/news/drunk-japan-cop-loses-investiga...
https://www.cnn.com/2022/06/24/asia/japan-amagasaki-usb-data...

I'm not smart enough to understand the math in the paper, but I'm able to see that the illustrations match the minifig hand example. This snap fit is present in a lot of LEGO pieces. I'm sitting next to SF, Shanghai, and Kyoto architecture sets, and the 3-in-1 deep sea creatures set, all of which use different snap fit pieces. However, I can understand the confusion given most people's first image of a LEGO piece.
