Eat fats whenever you have sugar/carbs cravings. Even a knob of butter can help satiate.

Also fix sleep: poor sleep messes with hormones and increases carb cravings.

Fidi is the most underrated neighborhood to live in NYC. Most MTA lines converge there, very secure due to post 9/11 security, not much traffic and quiet at night, and slightly cheaper than many other Lower Manhattan neighborhoods.

Industrial languages and their syntax can be learned pretty quickly once core computer science concepts have been grokked.
