This must be a huge win for Google's cloud business. Getting Apple as a customer for Gemini is massive.

Honestly, I've been burned by hidden safety filters before. This is just a corporate version of that. Trust is already gone for me.

The shift to private messaging groups makes sense though. No ads, no influencers, just talking to people you actually know. That's where the real social interaction went.

I'd rather just use the launchctl method. Disabling the play button is fine by me since I control music from Spotify directly.
