Atlassian has gone from a trusted enterprise-partner to a complete shit-show in just 18 months. This surprises nobody. There will be classes taught in how to fuck up a good business and Atlassian will be the prime example.

Regards, /someone who migrated 3500 users from Atlassians products recently due to their "cloud only"-bullshit.

Replaced JuiceSSH two years ago with ConnectBOT (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.connectbot...) as a "free" alternative. Never looked back.

Thing is, they used to be so good. I had a really tricky error, they had a tech help out during daytime, so guess he stayed up late to help us out and it was amazing customer support. They went FROM THAT, to me never touching their stuff again due to this (and the surveillance station-crap they pulled with yanking out codecs).

They must've had a massive brainfart in the management at that company.

When I was at IBM and RedHat did the "CentOS"-move, IBM-execs was actually pretty pissed off. It was bad optics and RedHat did it on their own, while IBM got "the blame". This is probably more of the same stuff. They think they can get away with being asshats and people will just blame IBM.

We see you, RedHat. You are NOT on the right path.

Yeah, thanks for nailing it to me that I picked Mattermost as our chat-server 3 years ago, now we have to migrate away from it since it's way too expensive. They also do some seriosuly dubious decisions when it comes to the gimped opensource-variant, so. Thanks, but no thanks.
