Lobster and fish overharvesting fraud is off the charts in parts of New England especially. It's about time.

So easy for fishers to sell prime catches to local markets and suppliers who will fill in quota species instead or skip paperwork altogether.

So easy for boats to unload their catches of protected species to markets on paper as different animals to local sellers. They save the honest paperwork to sell to national distributors.

(The only time I've seen wider public coverage about this is that TV show "hightown")

It's because the individuals who write those laws are literally trying to shove neo-Nazi policies into EU practice. I wonder how many people would make policies like this if they and their families were publicly identified and criticized as neo-Nazi elements in society.

You think someone will write Nazi-promoting AI policy like this when society is encouraged to look at their families as examples of neo-Nazi corruption? When their wives' and kids' friends spurn them while their families engage in obvious criminal activity to harm world productivity?

Critics need to be more precise.

Traveling salesman solution within 2N for optimal solution length N is trivially solvable for K^2log(K) for K places. Just make the minimal spanning tree and do a loop of it.

A lot of professors don't teach this, and it's recklessly ignorant if not worse.
