India, under its current leadership of Modi's Hindutva government is a near-term threat to its minorities, opposition and dissenting voices. If it goes unchecked, it won't be long before a global threat emerges. Modi himself is one of the propagators of fake news and hate speech. He dog-whistles his social media army to systematically spread communal division and consolidate Hindu votes. Most of the mainstream media is already under his cronies like Adani. The most recent one to fall is NDTV, which used to be an independent voice. If there is one country to watch out for the misuse of AI for political gains, it would be India especially with elections happening in the next year.

Here are a few steps you can take.
- Regular physical exercise(running, hiking, workout, sports, etc)
- Some form of meditation practice (Checkout tm.org)
- Therapy/coaching where an experienced person can give you tailored advice
- Investing in improving public speaking skills
- Improving knowledge and expertise in one or more areas
- Taking on projects(work or personal) and showing impact to others
Don't try to do all of them at once but maybe take baby steps every day. Consistency is more important in the long term. During this process, be very kind to yourself. This is where meditation will help you to see your positives and negatives as an observer without being judgmental. If you stay it, you will improve and will see amazing changes. Good luck!

I especially love hiking in state parks during the weekends. In addition, I try to do 15-30 minutes of workouts every day usually by following some Youtube videos. A year back, I tried doing 5 minutes of workouts in regular intervals during the day. It was fun but I lacked discipline to sustain it.

- Financial Times (business news).
- Library for new books about interesting topics. Currently, I am reading "The Future of Money: How the Digital Revolution Is Transforming Currencies and Finance", which I borrowed from the local library.
- Medium and bunch of newsletters about specific topics.

The author lacks the understanding of the primary differentiator of Metaverse, which is presence. There are a lot of opportunities to achieve the feeling of "being there" with somebody. We don't know if Metaverse would be achieved but it is a pessimistic view to be content with the current state.

Recently, three of my closest friends passed away due to various reasons. It made me reflect and realize that I am reading too much serious content that makes me knowledgable but not necessarily peaceful and content. Curious to know how everybody else is balancing serious reading with stuff that lightens your heart.

Focusing on a limited set of resources in a way that exercises your problem-solving skills would be the key. Here is one plan:
1) Select a category such as "stacks and queues" from the Cracking coding interview (CCI) book and read all the questions. This will give you a sense of the type of questions being asked.
2) Sign up for the algorithms 1 and 2 courses (https://www.coursera.org/learn/algorithms-part1, https://www.coursera.org/learn/algorithms-part2) in the audit mode(free). Pick the correct modules such as "stacks" and "queues" and watch all the videos.
3) Come back to the questions in the book CCI and try to solve the problems yourself. If you get stuck, look at the solutions for hints but still try to do them yourself.
4) Do the same for all major topics such as strings, linked lists, recursion etc.
Unfortunately, you are not going to remember all of you've learned. You need spaced-repetition so repeat the above method 2-3 times for each topic.
Once you have the foundation, you will be able to tackle the harder questions that you may find somewhere else or in the interview.
