Cool examples, this is interesting to test. I've noticed that OpenAI and Meta play a lot with animations and fades to mask the delays.

Since we are all building our version of this, what mistakes did you made until you arrived to a well-balanced solution? I really like that you know how much an issue is, because then you can start optimizing.

I love it, and I wish it was part of Mermaid. I've always struggled with the presentation and agents tend to hack or just straight use SVG lol

In one of my examples the live coding sessions used a different domain to try and build something. Great tool! Got some good insights in other sessions.
