<p>They probably can't train that without AI talent, datasets and hungry teams in startups that compete together. Regulation would also prohibit competing models. By the time they get that funding, European lost will be %100 confirmed by majority, including you perhaps? Race is already lost. They lost it because gap behind Usa, China and rest just growing bigger already.</p>
