You can "unfollow" people that you have added, so that their posts no longer show up on your news feed. You still have them added as a friend, you just don't see their posts without visiting their profile page.

These title changes are getting ridiculous. The original title was actually descriptive. I have no idea what this article is about without going to the comments or clicking on it. The whole point of a link title is to describe the link.

Is there some benefit to making users scroll through every single comment? Reddit has this feature by default. I use a GreaseMonkey script that adds the functionality to HN, and when I browse from another device, I'm reminded how tedious it is to scroll through a long comment thread just to get to the next root comment.

I wish there was an easy way to save the current view as a PNG. I could set it to full screen and use Print Screen, but the app icon and interface buttons would need to be edited out.
