<p>This post is refreshing - smells of the pre AI discussions on the internet. A new language, a new syntax, heavy debate with people who have spent years writing code. I think someone should start a community online where AI isnt allowed.</p>

<p>Amazon has this thing of stack ranking and firing the lowest performing employees - its just a pattern that works for them as it creates urgency with all the employees who remain. This is probably all there is to it.</p>

<p>But doesnt existing AI systems already learn in some way ? Like the training steps are actually the AI learning already. If you have your training material being setup by something like claude code, then it kind of is already autonomous learning.</p>
