<p>I followed steve's excellent tutorial about two months ago, and haven't looked back. I have never felt so competent at git (vcs rather) as I do now. jj is so much simpler and easier for me to reason about.</p>

<p>This seems harsh and unfair. You aren’t allowed to stream Netflix through a third party streaming service because then the experience is controlled by the third party and there is no lock in to using Netflix and thus no benefit to the subsidy they give you in the plan.<p>OpenAI is allowing it as a PR stunt and because they have seemingly unlimited cash they can throw at user growth.</p>

<p>I was similarly shocked when I logged back in a couple months ago for the first time to read some news stuff. Then I kept going back once a day for a month or two and the posts have started to look more normal.<p>I can see how this would change me unwillingly over time.
