We will be labeling spoilers from bluesky as well before next season starts so they stay hidden. Work in progress but it should be getting better at a pretty quick pace!

We are looking at ways to indicate ahead of time when you should start watching (and sign up for push notifications) as well as ways to do this based on what is happening in the race (crosswinds alarm!)

So happy to hear that! There is a lot more I plan to do to make it better. I feel like what we have now is just the bare minimum. Looking forward to next season!

We have that! It is not perfect but is improving. By next season we will have catch-up mode too so you can tune in when you can and get caught up on the major events that got the race to where it is

I grew up in Idaho, so I know well the pains of trying to follow the sport from another timezone

It shocks me how little people seem to care that they are supporting an evil Zionist lizard man who molested his sister and is happy supporting trump. Doesn’t even come up in the conversation here. I don’t really care if sol is a bit better, I still make decisions on more than that.

Is the HN community just too online and sucked in to the musk mind manipulation vortex? Or what is going on? Why does nobody seem to care?

I followed steve's excellent tutorial about two months ago, and haven't looked back. I have never felt so competent at git (vcs rather) as I do now. jj is so much simpler and easier for me to reason about.

This seems harsh and unfair. You aren’t allowed to stream Netflix through a third party streaming service because then the experience is controlled by the third party and there is no lock in to using Netflix and thus no benefit to the subsidy they give you in the plan.

OpenAI is allowing it as a PR stunt and because they have seemingly unlimited cash they can throw at user growth.

I was similarly shocked when I logged back in a couple months ago for the first time to read some news stuff. Then I kept going back once a day for a month or two and the posts have started to look more normal.

I can see how this would change me unwillingly over time. Good wake up call to delete my throwaway account again.

It looks like tmux sessions don't keep the sprite alive though, so you can't run cc in the background :/

LLMs should operate on the code's AST when possible, and should be trained on code's AST as well

At that point why would I use ChatGPT if it’s just getting paid to show me stuff?

I’d prefer a light field display that can project light so your eyes must focus at a distance to see it. I imagine there is a lot of interest in this with VR displays
