The title contains the word "linked". That word should always put you on alert. Especially from Faux News.

  * study of 53,402 Cleveland Clinic employees in northern Ohio 
  * vaccine was associated with a 27% increase in flu infections
  * Study did not measure whether the vaccine decreased the severity of illness
  * Cleveland Clinic stated. "Instead, the study implies that the effectiveness of this season’s vaccine in preventing influenza may have been limited in relatively healthy healthcare workers."
  * "Did they[Cleveland Clinic] have any policies that would discourage non-vaccinated subjects to report illness?"
  * Dr. Marc Siegel, Faux News senior medical analyst, reviewed the study findings and said the results are "misleading."

If an LLM were in a testing harness it would be to test the LLM.

If an LLM were in a regular harness - like for a horse - it would be to keep the horse under control and enable you to extract useful work from it.

I'm glad that France, Germany, and England are getting hit hard. It means that some of the most powerful countries in the world will actually take action. If it were only some countries in the Global South then there would be less incentive to fix what we've broken.

Would not illegality be handled by charging those suspected of the activity and hearing the case in a court of law?

Maybe those blocking the sites are not acting on behalf of law enforcement but rather their own ideas of legality and morality.
