What research? Blog articles? I've been working remotely for 14 years and I can definitely say inspiring conversations happen on the phone most of all. Video chat is not sorted yet. The idea that spontaneous conversation spurs anything positive is Office Space nonsense.

Overengineering at it's worst. The vast majority of all apps do not need containerization. They just need Apache and a competent person at the wheel. I've switched back from AWS for many of my projects and I love how simple it used to be.

AWS to Heroku is like going from Sugar to Chocolate cake. It's still made with Sugar. Try Apache. The config is XML. How much simpler can people make it?
