Two-tier encryption from the UK government probably means one tier for users, another 'access' tier for them. Always a red flag for real security.

The Lean proof is the interesting part. A 100-page construction nobody's sure about becomes something you can trust when the multiplication-count bound is machine-checked.

The Play Store doing the same thing tells you it's not an Amazon problem. Any platform with enough market share eventually prioritizes ad revenue over search quality.
