Why have a limit on the file size if the thing that happens when you hit the limit is the entire network goes down? Surely not having a limit can't be worse?

Confused what this response is trying to say? Did you read the whole post? They addressed exactly those two things and explained how they're fixing them. You're just repeating part the blog post essentially; which is why I wonder if you finished reading it.

I think what the above commenter means is that the first gen iWatch will keep the tooling and production the same and price will lower, while at the same time adding newer models at the same price point as the first gen at its release, therefore filling out the low end the same way they did with the iPhone.
