I suspect it's because of the number of requests that come from Chinese datacenter ASN values. If you block them, you subsequently get visited by residential proxies from South America and SE Asia, likely the residential proxy network they are referring to. source: i have the same issue...

The cookie contained a pickle-serialized payload, "which was bad enough on its own." maybe not best practice but not bad on it's own

the line is being blurred as the need for tellers goes down many banks have the tellers performing personal banking adjacent tasks, like selling products, accounts or other upsells to existing customers
