Overall populations don't have flawed genes... Before jumping on statins and such it's important fixing underlying cause and even then try to get actual data my having imagine to get soft plaque.. not cacb score which is only relevant in later stages
High cholesterol could be from high glucose/insulin damaging arteries
Or could also be from weight loss
Simplest fixes are
- eat low carb
- don't eat all day intermittent fasting
- walk after eating to lower spike
- eat olives which protects lining of veins and arteries
- avoid seed oils
- pick antiinflammatory foods and supplements
- take l-arginine and similar supplements, sunlight, green veggies, no mouth wash, exercise to increase nitrogen oxide production... Breath through nose as well
- exercise to increase good cholesterol
- sleep well and keep cortisol low (stress)
Cholesterol is needed for hormones, brain, everything... I believe statin are linked to Alzheimer

What ts engine allows like go to reference, parameter prediction, type inferring, auto complete... These are amazing benefits you get is if you have setup jsconfig properly.. however these should have remained in the realm of tooling or library.
Problem 1: acrobatics with composing mixing type... I always hated java for complexity it encourages... But java has nothing on TS devs who perform 30 lives of acrobatics for 4 lines of code abc<<Add>,<XYZ> > & Omit.. um you literally have entire oop going on just with types but it looks like composition but it's not really...
Types are sold as simple tool that will help you catch if send a wrong parameter
Problem 2: too many keywords and often colliding
Problem 3 : readability very low
Problem 4: anti did give

In my opinion react has been downhill since hooks.. if I could recreate react I'd disallow passing functions or components into props or children.
I'd definitely disable use context
I'd provide simple global state..
For any component if you wanted know what data it gets there would be only one source, props.
Lifecycle methods will be simple: before, during, after..
Probably eliminate function syntax and go back to class syntax which is cleaner...
Discourage typescript but allow prototypes for better autocompletion
