If you want something similar to Windows but a bit simpler then I would recommend Mint. If you’re a bit braver and don’t mind setting up the media codecs yourself then I recommend Fedora

Share your machine’s specs and if it’s got NVIDIA and someone on here might be able to give you a more precise answer
