<p>Signal does NOT send encrypted notification, they send a blank notification that act like a ping, the actual encrypted data is then fetched by the app itself.</p>

<p>3 work on my machine (Firefox 102 on Android 12) if the site is a PWA else it lets you to have a link in your home screen.<p>The option is "Add to home screen"/"Install app" in the menu.<p>--<p>Also about 1: did you tried to put the bar in the bottom?</p>
