As a Marathon fanatic, it killed me that the game didn’t get more love. I recall watching a Doom game and someone shot a rocket at a player above them. The path of the rocket was bizarre and being baffled that this was ‘good’.

It was a fun era to live through as the progress was so quick.

Sorry, I wasn’t clear. The grandparent comment mentioned Saudi and I was saying that there is no one anyone condemns Saudi even if ‘must be alive’ rule didn’t exist.

I went hunting but it seems this isn’t even rumoured.

I want something like a Synology for the drives, but with something like a Mac Mini for the computer. Ubuntu or similar.

Your numbers aren’t far off - it was about 1200 police killings last year, 112 during traffic stops.

That is shockingly bad. Where police officers can be identified, about 10% have shot someone before.

A lot of this boils down to ‘we have bad police’.
