<p>It would be nice to have defaults that are following regulations because it sucks to have and maintain explicit list. 
If it would be a simple toggle - secureciphersonly=yes sure, but listing them is just creating tech debt.</p>

<p>I don't mind downloads that much but keeping uploads to 1/10 (sometimes even worse) is terrible. If I had the option for 1000/100 or 500/500 I would always go for the second option.</p>
