Its getting pretty close. Chatgpt can easily figure out your order and find you a restaurant. It just can't do the last mile bit of placing the order itself.

Exactly except:

If you're a CEO, the info you care about is one set of info.

If you're a user, the info you care about is different.

If you're some other influencer, the info you care about is different again.

Everyone wants different sets of info. Good sales is figuring out what that is and giving it to you.

That was really cool.

It gave me a riddle for the first digit, but I repeated the riddle back to her which she took as the correct answer.

Then a 20 questions quiz for the second digit which was cool, then a series of clues for the last digit, the last of which was "the last digit is the sum of X and y".

Really fun conversational flow.

Sorry for your loss. It sounds like you had a very close relationship with him that must make it really hard.

It’s way more than 900k locked down - Victoria, NSW and South Australia are locked down. That’s a sizeable chunk of the population.

In a small company they can be the same, but as you get more users, you would be wasting your customer success team because they’ll be spending all their time answering questions like “how do I add a contact”

Yes it should be separate. Support helps with the how, customer success helps with higher level strategic support, uncovering needs, upselling, etc. At a certain level, probably between 1-2m ARR, customer success becomes accretive.

The vaccines on the market went through the same trial process as these new ones, just that these new ones did it quicker.
