but Opus 5 is absolutely terrible. I'm still on 4.8 when I use Claude. I still think 5.6 Sol is the best available model outside of Astra/Fable.

The terminal gif is the most confusing slop I've seen from Google. It doesn't explain anything and it just seems to be a collection of random commands that someone ran to test, not something that tries to explain what the tool does.

The lawsuit isn't for chip designers, but the consumer product lines. It's possible they also got IP for chips, but that was not brought up.

Did you read the post? They originally removed all traces of minitap and its contributors, and only added it back when they were called out.

I haven't seen any proof that OpenAI asked Tristan to remove Sebastian from the prize. Until we have proof of this, it would be wise to offer conclusions.

Same for NS validity. This was not validated by the community yet.

It would be very difficult to say. It confirms that Tristan's data is likely part of the data the models use, but a lot of filtering, pruning, and transform goes into training.

Data has to be determined to be signal and not just noice, then it could go through processes of generating questions/answers from that data, then it RLHF's over this.

OpenAI have petabytes of data, all anonymized. It could take months to say for sure it was part of the training, and even more time to determine if it made any difference.

You're getting a massive discount because you're helping to train the model. If you want to have ZDR, you have to pay API rates.

I've lived in Taiwan for a large part of my life.

They would lose all of TSMC if they do any military actions. It's not the fact that the CCP thinks that they can make Taiwan and China a country, it's the the fact that most of China does in fact consider them as one country. Taiwan is ready to defend themselves, but are very happy keeping their relationship with China the way it is.

There's just not many ways of writing Go. It's a very dull language. It was designed to be dull and easily understandable.

This is where MoEs shine though. You don't need all experts in memory at once. Diffusion inference doesn't have sparse inference.
