In the beginning they will be working on the landing page, and some other front-end projects.

My question to the HN community: - How can I hire good freelancers? I checked Fivvr, Upwork - but I don't want to pay per project, but rather have them work 15 hours per week. - How do I pay the freelancers? My co-founders and I are W2 employees in the US. I could transfer money on Wise, but wanted to know if there is a better way.
