I work on a problem of easily running AI workflows that are just simple API endpoints that have SDKs in most major tech stacks. I had had enough of ChatGPT sounding like a machine and repeating the same forms. So I forced it into rehab: no em dashes, no buzzwords, no “in conclusion.” Sentences short. Advise directly. I keep my rulebook under 1500 characters (Custom Instructions limit). Set it: profile icon → Settings → Personalization → Custom Instructions. Sharing my prompt in the comments if you want to try it.

As the author of this article/video - it's really strange for me that almost everyone here in these threads has focused on the LLM part of refactoring, where it's only mentioned as one of many tools for target-less flow state of the code tweaking sessions. :-)
