A lot of festivals in Europe use ticketswap, your ticket gets raffled off to a list of people interested in buying it. It's the only way to sell your ticket. It's a the original price plus a small fee

nope, you can make new emails with .ch as well, just not on the free tier. I am looking at my settings now. .ch is definitely an option when creating new emails. I believe pm.me is also only for paid plans.

The culture as an aspirational goal is a good thing. It's a fantastic vision of the future. So I'm not sure why you're using it as a similar comparison to neuromancer.
