1. Guarantee that Iran will not be attacked again

2. Permanent end to the war, not just a ceasefire

3. End to Israeli strikes in Lebanon

4. Lifting of all US sanctions on Iran

5. End to all regional fighting against Iranian allies

6. In return, Iran would open the Strait of Hormuz

7. Iran would impose a Hormuz fee of $2 million per ship

8. Iran would split these fees with Oman

9. Iran to provide rules for safe passage through Hormuz

10. Iran to use Hormuz fees for reconstruction instead of reparations

Those that use mychart; in the messaging conversation section where you message your health care providers. In the past you could delete that conversation. No more. Inquired as to why the delete feature was gone and was told, that now all the conversations are part of your medical record. And who has access let alone who's selling those records? You want a private conversation with your doctor? Have it in person with them.

The helium shortage for the world outside the US is going to be debilitating for technology oriented production. Since the US produces most of the worlds helium, it actually acts as a counter measure to our reliance on rare earths. Globally, helium has been in short supply for over a decade. Taking out the supply from Qatar is going to disrupt production of chipsets quickly. Anyone know how long it will take to re-start Qatar's helium plants?
