Those are not DJI drones tho' It takes a month to produce one. Also, Turkey do not trust Russia either. Who knows a ww3 will not start 3 months later. Tough decisions. Turkey supports Ukraine not because they are member of NATO. As you can see NATO doesn't do anything. Turkey helping Ukraine because they are both allies and producing those drones together. The engines were manufacturing in Ukraine before Putin bombed.
