I continue to write. Unsure the end goal but in my recent dispatch I learned to get out of my way, stop intellectualizing life and let it be.
https://www.metanoia-research.com/

We seek the safety of a frictionless reality. But truth never lives in the math alone. It lives in the friction. From the subterranean heat of a New York jazz club to the discarded streets of Kathmandu, Dispatch 003 explores the physical resistance required to keep the absolute zero at bay.

Writing. I publish one long form essay a month with two published thus far. The third one is in editing stages. An enjoyable experience moving from internal notes to outward expression.
https://www.metanoia-research.com/

Writing (https://www.metanoia-research.com/). A multi-year project but one I have needed to start for much longer. Publishing one essay per month.

Dispatch 001 is the first piece from a project called Metanoia Research. I have structured it around Dante's three canticles, Inferno, Purgatorio, Paradiso, as lived theology rather than academic argument. I have drawn on Ted Chiang's Story of Your Life for a section on the inadequacy of sequential language to carry simultaneous divine awareness, which was the most honest intellectual framework for what I was trying to say.
Metanoia is not on HN. It is not technical. It is not a product. It is one man writing honestly about suffering, purgation, and Providence, to forget the past so we might remember the future.
I will publish one dispatch per month for the foreseeable future.
