I’d say they really like this situation:
- They don’t have to support European languages. Historically, they were horrible in this area, supporting only major languages and ignoring others for years. It’s almost impossible to ask Siri to play a song whose title is in one of these languages. Contact names are pronounced badly, and it’s sometimes tricky to ask Siri to call a person with a non-English name. This way, even though LLMs support these languages quite well, Apple doesn’t have to invest in development and testing.
- They announce the product with US features and keep the EU price the same, but disable features that cost them money, such as those requiring server-side compute.
- Satellite features only work in some EU countries, and there seems to be absolutely no progress in many markets. These markets are simply too small for Apple to care about. Yet the price is the same.
- They blame the EU for this.

It would be great if you could get correct invoice and pay price without VAT in EU as a VAT registered business. It is incredible they can get around without providing such a basic thing for so long.

In EU we typically have separate waste bin for food leftovers that I expect would go to this garbage disposal in kitchen sink. So if you put the food leftovers to separate garbage bin, there's pretty much nothing that will end up in drain filter to be cleared. It's just different routine.
I think you also misread the response about the fatty foods. I don't feel it was related to fatty food in USA, it was more in a sense that if you shred fat leftovers, it will eventually clog some pipe down the line.

I agree it is not easy to use correct local version, but that is why gradle wrapper is there. In case you do no trust it, you have workaround for it. For projects from company repository, this should not be issue. For random project from github, it may be worth to go the safe way.

You do not need to use the gradle wrapper - you can use your own trusted version. Wrapper is there just for convenience. I understand your concerns, but it is not the only way and you are not forced to use it.

This is not possible in most of EU markets, KYC is mandatory and even prepaid SIM cards must be registered and verified with ID before SIM is used for data or calls. Old SIMs without registration were blocked until they would be registered. Some exceptions may exist, but this will be harder and harder in future.

Interesting thing is that there is no way (that I could find) to buy apps in AppStore for my VAT registered company in a way that I could receive invoice with company details and all necessities to be able to get VAT refund.
They seem to pretend they are always selling to private persons and this is not necessary, yet there are many business apps and I am quite sure for business app VAT on 10,000 Eur app would hurt.

I think it is related to how you organize your data structures and business logic - you may have rich typed model that models specific domain, but OOP would typically call to include all the business logic that modifies attributes of class to be part of that class - eg, you do not externally set specific values to class instance, but instead execute some action on the class instance that may change these attributes. If you use type system just to model data structures and have external business logic to use/change it, it would be called anemic model.

Article specifically says that "SARS-CoV-2 infection can result in viral reservoir formation" and that this may lead to repeated release of virus to body. This may cause the rise of immune activation and "SARS-CoV-2 spike protein that bears resemblance to Staphylococcal enterotoxin B, triggering broad and non-specific T-cell activation. This superantigen-mediated immune-cell activation has been proposed as a causal mechanism of multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children".
As MRNA vaccine do not make recipient body to create replicable viral protein, I fail to see the mechanism that would create this viral reservoir and article does not even mention this as possibility. Moreover, MRNA vaccine itself is not injected into your blood, but to muscle tissue, so how would that MRNA vaccine get into milk?
Especially if you compare it with much much higher probability of child simply being infected with live virus.
