So what's the solution? What's the reaction of semiofficial Android forks? Should we switch to Huawei now? Should we then have two phones? One with Android fork and one with some other "official" OS?

Hmm one other thing - USA is completely English but EU is quite multi-lingual so to be competitive within EU market services need a lot of more efforts.

Finland: children are permitted (sometimes even required) to be able to walk/cycle from school to afterschool daycare through city from 1st grade. There are some trainings done for that and also for other life situations though.

Google and Apple were and still are not complying with Russian laws in many cases [1][2][3][4]. It's being fined and threatened in Russia. So it's not that they comply or not. It's just that they are very picky on when to comply and when not to.

China's too big of a market - companies have to comply with local authoritarian regime demands. Russia's too big of a market - companies have to comply with local authoritarian regime demands. It really helps that North Korea and Afghanistan are dirt poor.

I'm not really sure but maybe it will be useful for the users to have your service integrated with HIBP[1] to check if their mail aliases are in any security breach? IMHO, biggest threat is giving up mail alias but keeping some registrations on it so if some abandoned mail alias is in the breach it seems good to inform customer about it.
