It’s disputed, but shouldn’t be. The third investigation pretty conclusively showed it was a bomb placed under the wash basin in the rear lavatory.

The missing body parts near the front of the plane suspected to be the missile impact point were found.

But if it is circumvented then it wasn’t effectively controlling access; therefore, this isn’t applicable.

A savvy lawyer might argue that’s not what’s meant by effectively, but it’s at least a little ambiguous.

Ebooks can appreciate.

You could have originally bought it on sell and that sell is no longer available.

You could have added value to the ebook by way of adding annotations.

The ebook could have had better display than its competitors, if it and all other equal quality displays vanished, they are now very rare. Someone would be willing to pay more than your original purchase price if they could now get that display experience.

Because they first chose the result they wanted — age of universe and worked backwards to derive that result. Is it true? Sure, probably. The method flys in the face of the foundations of science and was done for sensationalism.

What’s special about 462K? Is it a local min/max? Doesn’t seem so.

If you accept premise of unlimited budget and outsourcing, sending something to space is about as difficult as saying “Hey Elon, I want this thing to go to space.”

The point here is that college students are able to pull this off with a small budget and lots of DIY.
