On yeah and they will give you a fine. The number of times I have been stopped by police for driving my bike (pedal bike, not motor or electric) in a criminal way!! Oh my, like not having enough lights on it. Or driving it 3 inches outside of the walking lines in denmark. Lol good job police. That is another thing we have in Europe bike stopping police... Lol it is hilarious... But the size of the fine is not. I had to pay around 200 dollars for not following the little lines on the road.

Hopefully it will prompt more EU investment into ai and hopefully EU will have something good in the future.
EU will maybe never be like the US and maybe the US will be stronger and richer than the EU... But us EU people have nice weather and lots of good things like small cars and bike lanes and soccer teams and socker teams and suckerteams and lots and lots of windmills and sea windmills small tiny farms that are super cosy!!!

What do you think this will lead to? Will mesh networks explode in popularity or maybe the adults will just log their kids in - and UK will then make that illegal... But how to surveil the parents then.
Personally I fear this will just become whackamole against communication innovation. it feels to me like an addition in a broader attempt to control communications in general.

Question: I have just bought house and deciding heatpump vs oil. We have an autistic person in the house hold that is very sensitive to high frequency noises and perpetual sounds in general. He is used to an oil furnace turning on and of.
I fear for sound pollution from a heat pump.
Will anyone share their experiences with this? Even just a shuttle humming would be a disaster for our spectrum case.
Can we get a completely silent setup ?

I also quit social media . I did not have this experience. I had no problem following what went on with friends and acquaintances?! I don't know why you had this experience. I'm sorry you felt like that. but for me the info that is important always gets to me. And I enjoy emailing and using the phone and meeting people for social events in stead. And when I miss some post on face I always hear it from someone else....

Dane here: Left Denmark (DK) though. It is true that social security in DK is world best. And salaries are high compared to EU standards. Also that leaving babys on the street is probably safe. However the article seems to paint a rather rosy picture. DK has a dark side that no one talks about like "Jante Law", extremely feminine values (good if you like that - very bad if you dont), exclusive culture, very bad climate! Great place to work and have kids - if you stay inside and "play along".

What CRM do HN users use for small one person startup.
Small service business with many small cases. Ease of use and FOSS is priority. User is a non-tech person. Amateur tech person (me) will set it up. User uses windows, google sheets and mailchimp for now.
looked into:

    Vtiger CRM
    SuiteCRM
    OroCRM
    EspoCRM
    CiviCRM
    Odoo CRM
    ERPNext CRM
    Perfex CRM
    KayinCRM
    OpenCRX
    OpenERP
    SugarCRM Community Edition

They all seem a bit overkill for this.
