Changing your password is the fastest way to ensure all authed sessions on any device is logged out. Google offers a "log out of any sessions" button somewhere in account settings, but most other services don't.
If your email account is compromised, any service that do password resets via email confirmation, are potentially compromised by whoever has access to your email via OAuth.

We (copycopy.com), do.
Atm we use a mix of QtQuick/QML and some widget code mainly when wrapping QtWebKit it for some parts of the app furniture that need it.
Although the guts of our app requires native code (for clipboard monitoring and websocket message receiving), were considering ditching much of the UI in favour of a webapp.

The Brother color lasers also are happy to print without color toner cartridges present.
By contrast, HP's cheaper color lasers require the cartridges to be present, and if they run out and are left in the machine, they cause banding over your printouts. This is due to their integrated drums wearing out, so you have to replace the color toners even if they're not being used (or hack around with transferring chips onto less-used old cartridges, even black ones so they're seen as colour ones).

Try CopyCopy. We do bookmarking and article saving but more broadly let you keep anything for later just by copying it (using normal copy and paste). So we handle not just web articles, but any information that's copyable in any app! See https://www.copycopy.com/
If our homepage isn't clear enough, check out https://www.copycopy.com/product (excuse the unfinished wording on that page as it's not live yet).
You can go to https://www.copycopy.com/account and turn on experimental features which will enable tags (called "labels"). From our webapp https://www.copycopy.com/clips you can search clips, or filter them by label.
Oh, and we're quietly releasing our Mac OSX app tomorrow.
